Celebrate the beauty of the Christmas season with the Charleston Men’s Chorus, joined by The Marquesmen from Charleston Southern University, for an afternoon of powerful voices and festive cheer.
Set within the stunning sanctuary of First Scots Presbyterian Church, this concert will feature a mix of sacred and seasonal works. From the serenity of Ave Maria to the rhythmic energy of Betelehemu and the nostalgic warmth of Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas. Together, these two ensembles will fill the space with rich harmonies and joyful spirit, celebrating the music that brings our community together year after year.

Charleston Men’s Chorus Joins the Charleston Symphony for Beethoven’s Choral Fantasy
Tickets are now on sale for a landmark collaboration at the Gaillard Center on April 24 at 7:30 p.m. followed by a second performance on April 25 at 7:30 p.m. The Charleston Men’s Chorus will stand with the Charleston Symphony Orchestra Chorus for a powerful season finale that brings Beethoven’s Choral Fantasy to life.
This event places our ensemble on a major stage with celebrated soloists plus the full forces of the CSO. The program features Haydn’s “London” Symphony, Dvořák’s Te Deum, plus Beethoven’s soaring creation for piano, chorus, full orchestra. Our singers will help deliver the expansive closing movement of the Choral Fantasy, a moment filled with triumph, unity, deep emotion.
We are honored to take part in this concert weekend. Our presence reflects the strength of our musical community in Charleston.
